簡曆介紹:

  劉長梅,女,博士,研究員,博士生導師,幹細胞與神經發育疾病研究組組長,中國科學院大學崗位教授。
  2004年博士畢業於中國協和醫科大學生化與分子生物學係。2004年到2008年在中國科學院微生物研究所工作,先後任助理研究員和副研究員。2008年起分別在美國新墨西哥大學和約翰霍普金斯大學做博士後研究。2015年加入必威精装版app西汉姆联 ,主要從事神經發生、神經再生、神經退行性疾病與神經發育疾病相關研究,研究成果發表在Cell Stem Cell、Nature Neuroscience、Nature Communication、Genes & Development、Neuroscientist、Journal of Neuroscience、Stem Cell Reports等國際學術期刊上。

研究領域:

  利用多種幹細胞與神經發育、神經損傷及神經退行性疾病模型,研究神經幹細胞自我更新和分化潛能的分子機理, 探索神經損傷與再生修複機製,揭示相關神經疾病發生發展的致病機理,建立幹細胞介導的神經係統相關疾病的治療。研究組主要研究方向:(1)染色質動態修飾調控神經發育;(2)神經損傷修複調控機製;(3)人源功能性神經前體細胞的定向分化;(4) 幹細胞治療的轉化研究。
