簡曆介紹:

郭靖濤,必威精装版app西汉姆联 研究員,器官再生與智造全國重點實驗室副主任。

2013年本科畢業於北京大學,後赴美國猶他大學攻讀博士,畢業後在猶他大學醫學院繼續深造,進行博士後研究。2020年7月受聘於猶他大學醫學院,任準聘助理教授,組建獨立課題組,並獲多個NIH R01基金資助。2021年12月加入必威精装版app西汉姆联 幹細胞與生殖生物學國家重點實驗室,任研究組組長。2022年入選國家海外高層次人才計劃;獲中國科學院戰略先導項目、國家重點研發計劃、國家自然科學基金麵上項目等多個國家級項目資助。以第一作者或通訊作者(含共同)在Cell、 Cell Stem Cell、 Nature Cell Biology、 Nature Aging、 Nature Communications、 Developmental Cell、 Cell Research等期刊上發表研究成果,並受邀在中國、美國、德國、瑞典等多個研究所和高校分享研究成果。長期擔任Cell Stem Cell、 Nature Aging、 Nature Communications、 Cell Reports Medicine等期刊獨立審稿人。

研究領域:

1.人類精原幹細胞的發育與分化調控

發現一類人類特有的精原幹細胞類型,提出人類精原幹細胞雙向可逆的發育模型,為精原幹細胞的體外培養及分化提供了候選的靶標分子。

2. 男性生殖細胞和睾丸微環境生理狀態的關鍵事件

係統研究從早期胚胎到青春期和成年期的睾丸發育過程,提出睾丸內生殖細胞和體細胞的發育模型,闡明精原幹細胞的完整建立過程,為優化青少年腫瘤生育力保存技術提供新思路。

3. 男性不育和生殖腫瘤的病理機製

研究包括隱睾症在內的男性不育疾病,揭示隱睾患者的精子發生障礙主要源於精原受損,睾丸內生精微環境的功能異常,特別是肥大細胞增多和激活脫顆粒等,為未來臨床的精確診斷和針對性治療策略提供了依據。

4. 基於人工智能的計算生物學工具推動男性不育診療

基於全麵的多中心大樣本量臨床數據,引入機器學習模型來預測非梗阻性無精子症(NOA)男性在接受顯微睾丸精子提取(micro-TESE)的預後。開發在線工具SpermFinder(https://huggingface.co/spaces/SpermFinder/TESE),預測取精成功率(SRR),為術前評估和患者知情臨床決策提供見解。
